2022 CCM 68 Futures MA – May 26-29, 2022
New England Sports Village
Attleboro, Massachusetts

 

200×85 hosted the third CCM 68 Futures combine of 2022 this past weekend at the New
England Sports Village in Attleboro, Massachusetts. The weekend featured four teams of Boys
and two teams of Girls!

 

The Boys practices were led by Nolan Gluchowski (UMass Amherst) and Joel Beal (Providence
College) while the Girls practices were headed by Kate Leary (Merrimack College) and our CCM
Selects Girls Director, Hayley Williams (KMH Budapest).

 

CCM was again on site for the Thursday night check-in reception and during the weekend to
provide the players with the opportunity to try out the newest CCM skate and stick models!

 


FRIDAY GAMES:

GIRLS Game 1– Team Red came out victorious securing a 4-0 win on the first game of the
weekend over Team Gray. Team Red was backstopped by a shutout from Sydney Kelm
(Littleton Hawks Boys) and was lead up front by Margaret O’Malley (Chicago Young Americans1G + 2A) and Annie Chen (Chicago Young Americans- 1G + 1A).

BOYS Game 1- Team Black vs Team White
The first Boys game of the weekend saw a 3-3 tie between Team Black and Team White. Team
Black was led by the combo of Devin Cokinos (Islanders East HC- 2G) and Rocco Pelosi
(Philadelphia Hockey Club- 2A) who connected on two goals together. Team White was lead by
Caden Pellegrino (Providence Hockey Club- 1G + 2A).

BOYS Game 2- Team Gold vs Team Kelly
The second Boys game of the evening saw Team Gold and Team Kelly end in a 1-1. Team
White First half goaltender, James Bronson (North Jersey Avalanche AAA- 11/11), and Team
Kelly second half goaltender, Jack Connolle (South Shore Kings Elite- 10/11), both had shutouts
on the night. Team Gold was lead by a goal from Eddie Winksofsky (Cyclones CS- 1G) and
Team Kelly’s goal was scored by CJ Ericson (CP Dynamo- 1G).


SATURDAY GAMES:

GIRLS Game 2– The second day of games for the Girls began with Team Gray evening up the
weekend series by winning game two, 2-1 over Team Red. Gray was led by goals from Reagan
Louis (Chicago Mission- 1G) and Callie Rottman (Fondulac Jr Warbirds- 1G). Red’s lone goal of
the night was scored by Penelope Campo (Seacaucus Spartans/NJ Jr Devils- 1G).

BOYS Game 3- Team White vs Team Gold
The Boys kicked off night two with Team White beating Team Gold by a score of 5-0! Team
White Goalies, Justin Lee (Islanders Hockey Club- 18/18) and Nate Chizik (Philadelphia Hockey
Club- 12/12), both posted shutouts on the night. Team White was paced up front by a hatrick
from Paul Gualberto (Bridgewater Bandits- 3G).

BOYS Game 4- Team Black vs Team Kelly
Saturday evening finished with a high-scoring tie with Black and Kelly knotting at 5 goals a
piece. Team Black was paced by Rocco Pelosi (Philadelphia Hockey Club- 2G + 1A) and
Alexander Abolenskiy (New Jersey Rockets- 1G+1A). Team Kelly was paced by defenseman
Brody Berard (Providence Hockey Club- 1G+1A) and Nole Don0hue (Philadelphia Hockey Club1G+1A).


SUNDAY GAMES:

GIRLS Game 3– The Girls teams finished the weekend with a Sunday morning battle that ended
in a 2-2 tie between Gray and Red. Team Gray saw goals from Charlotte Lee (LA Jr King- 1G)
and Chloe Crabtree (Middlesex Icemen- 1G). Team Red was led by two goals from Remi Karsh
(Littleton Hawks Boys CS- 2 G).

BOYS Game 5- Team Black vs Team Gold
In the first Boys game on Sunday morning, Team Black beat Team Gold by a final score of
7-3.Team Black was led by Rocco Pelosi (Philadelphia Hockey Club- 2G+3A) and Devin
Cokinos (Islanders East HC- 2G+3A) again who performed great all weekend. Team Gold saw
goals from Watts Ooten (Cardigan MT School), Eben Alden (Boston Jr Eagles), and Lucas
Hsuan (New Jersey Rockets).

BOYS Game 6- Team Kelly vs Team White
The final match of the weekend saw Team White showcase their offensive prowess by beating
Team Kelly, 9-3! Team White was led by Paul Gualberto (Bridgewater Bandits- 3G+2A) and
defenseman Colin O’Leary (Boston Jr Terriers- 2G+2A).
